Loan Officers

The options for FTHB classes have shifted significantly in the last year, keeping banks as the central focus and educator and almost removing the nonprofit as the first point of contact…  With that being said there are more and more items we must take the time to educate our buyers about!

You as an industry professional take the time to educate your clients about programs, credit, qualifying, DAP, FHLB, as well as TRID requirements and its impact on borrowing and time lines. It is possible to send clients to group classes at a non profit and hope for the best. You can hope that the industry person who shows up to teach class that day knows what they are talking about, knows how to explain it, and knows the ins and outs of programs, credit, and qualifying as well as you do!

As a leader in the industry you took the time to explain to your client their options based on your knowledge of your client's situation and ability. You educated them on their options! You are a resource!

The number one reason loan officers wait to refer a client to a class or do not refer clients at all (those not needing certificates) is because they are afraid of losing their client to someone offering a substandard mortgage program or to someone who doesn't take the time to educate and understand what your client needs.

Here is your solution: Private One On One and Small Group Coaching.
