Working by referral is very important to the Real Estate Team. Please see our previous post about the importance of knowing your Real Estate Agent. And there is also the case of BEVERLY CARTER, which demonstrates why Agents should know their clients well.

At the end of the day, Agents should be serving their clients well, and when they do, their clients are comfortable making referrals for a job ell done (and in most case to a new friend).
